TUITION for 2024-2025

1st – 10th :

$ 4200/school year; $1400/trimester (12 weeks sessions)

Kindergarten:

3 days /week $ 4200/school year

2 days/week $ 2350/school year

1 day/week $ 1270/school year

Single Class Option. Please contact us to identify potential classes and costs. Class availability will depend on the number of students.

FEES

Application and placement testing fee: $ 100 (one-time only)
Registration fee: $ 200 ($ 500 max/family)
Book fee: $ 675/student (may apply for a waiver if agree to purchase all necessary books by the required dates)
Annual standardized testing fee: $100
Technology fee: (for student information system) $ 150/student

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The application fee is required at the time of testing for placement.
The registration fee is due upon acceptance to school and to confirm your spot.
Book and supply fees will be due by June 20th in order to complete purchases for the upcoming year.
The annual tuition can be set up as a monthly payment, quarterly payment or chunk payments.
Fees are non-refundable. Tuition non-refundable with limited exceptions.

SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

Apply for the Opportunity Scholarship (NC school voucher program) through the NCSEAA. The application period is February 6 - March 6, 2025. https://k12.ncseaa.edu/opportunity-scholarship
If a payment plan is established and payment toward tuition and fees is started by the first week of school, a 10% discount is available.
10% discount available if paid in full by July 1st.
Our mission is to ground children in God's word and Christ's love. We never want finances to be the primary reason a family does not apply. If the finances are a constraint, please get in touch with us. Scholarships (through the state and other organizations) are available to many families based on various factors. Applications for need-based tuition/fee assistance are submitted to and approved at the discretion of the board.
